Return Policy
Fabrics and Trims are
ordered by the yard. Orders are cut as ordered. Unless flawed or
defective fabric they are not returnable.
Items will be replaced if found to be flawed at our expense.
It must not be cut nor washed.
Notions and accessories
may be returned for 7 days from receipt of product. You must call for
return authorization.
Item must be in original packaging and unused.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return freight is the responsibility of the purchases unless item is
defective.
Books and Patterns are not returnable.
Special Orders are not returnable.
Sewing machines subject to a 15% inspection & re-stock fee.
